The Butterfly…
the butterfly symbolizes transformation, hope, love, and life. Therapists based a therapy called Butterfly Hug which can be done by individuals as a self-soothing approach when under stress. This is done by crossing your arms over your chest. The tip of the middle finger from each hand is placed below the collarbone. Flap the fingers like the wings of a butterfly. Aim to breathe slowly and deeply.
