We processes orders between Monday and Saturday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on Sunday.

The approximate shipping time accords to each country:

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 5-15 working days.   Others: 15-20 working days.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. 

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble.

 Please be noted: The return address is not the 'ship from' address of the package you received. We reserve the right to waive liability if you return the package to the 'ship from' address.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We accept returns on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or low-quality item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) Any unsuccessful delivery due to any customers' mistakes on shipping address or customers' unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers' living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for return and refund.  If your order contains multiple items, we will ONLY refund for the defective part, not the whole order. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.
